Cold

This was done for a test where I needed to show my Photoshop skills, and somehow turned out to be one of my better digital collages. The theme for the test day was "cold".

In here I sampled a lot of stuff: A coastline from Faroe Islands, the Radiohead's Kid A mountains, and an aurora borealis from Norway. To the right, in red is Misato Katsuragi from The End of Evangelion film poster, and the lyrics in blue on the left are from Sigur Ros - Staralfur. Above all these images are filtered bubbles taken from the cover of the Boris - Flood album. Somehow this ended up being the teacher's favourite, and commented on it being abstract but feeling "desolate".
